As much as we try to keep up with google security protocols and authentication procedures, google / gmail may sometimes block access to various elements of this site. If you are having trouble accessing the site (purchasing / accessing downloads), try using Brave Browser with duckduckgo as the search engine. If you are using gmail and have not received an order confirmation, a link to a book / video download or a reply to an enquiry - check your spam and junk folders.
If you are using apple system to download and read ebooks, check that your system is set up to handle zipped folders. For example- you can google “how to extract zip files on an ipad”. You may need a free program like iunarchive if you find that your ipad will not open the zipped folders.
