Hornady has produced a loading pdf for this combination 2500fps with 2 powders.

With the advent of new heavy for calibre projectiles, there has been a trend to use smaller capacity cartridges with faster twist rates. The 6mm benchrest calibres, probably all too small for hunting, but new calibres such as 6.5 creedmore which do make good hunting rigs.

According to "Shooter" the 7mm-08 180gr combination with yield 1800fps at 700 yards and 1600fps at 925 yards.

Unfortunately Hornady did not say what twist rate they used.
