Hi guys, when you sign up to the site, could you please put your phone numbers and address details in- even if you don't order anything. You see, sometimes you bugger's ask me such complex questions, I have to make a choice between writing you an epic email reply or- if you have a phone number, I can sometimes just ring you and have a chat. It doesn't matter what country you are in, put your phone number in and international dialing code too if possible please.

Its taking me about 7 hours per day to answer mail at the moment, not every day, just some days it gets to this level. I have to fit in a normal working day on top of this. So sometimes, its nice to talk to a person and have a proper chat rather than being hunched over the lap top. Other times email is good, it allows me to write check lists for you. For some of you, we have a real a real pen pal thing going by email, I also like that. But sometimes I just want to meet you and say hello.
