7mm Remington Magnum

Shot a Ruger M77 Mk l in 7mm RemMag for the first time yesterday. Nice rifle, factory everything. Needs work of course, but got it zeroed and it grouped at about 1-1/4" . Nice triangular group. Good trigger, but a little heavier than I am use to, smooth though. I am sure it has some recoil to it, but not so much that you take note of it. Could probably turn it into a real hummer, but the owner is not interested in anything more accurate. Too bad, seems like a waste of a rifle.

Like a good sheep dog going to a bad owner
And spending its life untrained and tied to its kennel.
