Nathan FosterFrom email received:Hi Nathan. Got a good accurate subsonic load sorted for the 16"bbl T3. A bit like throwing a brick really. 200gn Lapua subsonic projectile loaded to bottom of 1st canular 10gn Trail Boss Fedal 210 primer Remington cases Average 1010fps MV Load fills 80% of case No special reloading procedures. Simply full length sized and trimmed (no annealing or drilling of flash hole). Yet to try them on game but hopefully soon. Brent. PS. These projectiles stabilized out of my 1:11 twist barrel even below 900fps. |

Brent CameronRe: .308 Subsonic loadYeah. Thanks Chris.210 was actually a mistake. I am using 215 primers. Must be more careful with my typing. I have now loaded up to 10.2gn for 1030fps MV and 2.75" OAL. Load density is over 80% with this seating depth. Still shooting very well. |
