Rem 700 magazine conversions

David KoppIm looking into the possibilities of finding a detachable magazine system for rem 700 sa. Living in canada I'm having a hard time with this. I've found Legacy sports $130, Magpul$130, Alberta tactical rifle$380. I would prefer hs-precision, wyatts or badger but haven't found a supplier. I would be ok with the Legacy sports one if someone here has used it and recommends it. There price here is reasonable.As for mag length i don't have a preference any gain would be a bonus for my 308.Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks |

David KoppRe: Rem 700 magazine conversionsThanks Paul, I search out that Kwik Klip and was not really liking what I was seeing. I went back searching more and found this website www.rpsinternational.com from alberta they sell the wyatt, badger or. and HS-percision kits. Only downer is there above $500. Alberta Tactical one is canadian made for $550. So, I better start saving those pennies.I wanna look into the Legacy sports one to see what the mag length is and maybe it will work. Im in no rush to have for the hunting season coming. If the AICS mags are the best fit for the 300wsm I would be leaning towards that then, just something Im thinking for future. |
