Nathan FosterRe: BrassHi Bob, I can't remember the case capacity. Some European brands have heavier case walls. Can you get Winchester locally? Or Remington. |

Bob MavinRe: BrassG'day NathanI've been using lapua for years especially the Lapua palmer brass in my 308 & 358 win, lasts forever. I haven't used Winchester or Remington is it OK? I received my Sightron S111 3.5-10x44 scope, looks great, very clear, cant wait to get this rifle together and try out the turrets! Cheers Bob |

Nathan FosterRe: BrassBoth brands are fine. Quality control is the same and sometimes there will be a malformed case- especially with Winchester (splits/dents) but once you are up and running, the cases perform very well. No accuracy concerns, especially in .30-06. Winchester has very tough primer pockets. Case capacity is extremely good, similar to Lapua. Rem normally Has slightly greater capacity again. |
