Jacob GreenlawHey everyone,I'm just getting into the long range shooting game, is there anyone in Christchurch that is keen to shoot? Hunt etc with another.. Regards Jake |

jasonRe: long range shooting in chchIf you can't find anyone. Go check out your local nra full bore range.Usually 5 dollars for the day. You can use any calibre. Just have a zero before turning up. Don't be put off by the fact it's a match. You can just shoot in a relaxed way. |

Sebastian ShandRe: long range shooting in chchgidday jakeim in the marlborough sounds which is awhile away but if your up this way or I'm down your neck of the woods id be keen on some hunting/shooting. my wifes family are based in rangiora so i end up down there a fair bit. |

Chris BayleyRe: long range shooting in chchHi Jake,I'm in Shakey town too, I've not long acquired a T3 which I am accurizing and dealing in my shooting and reloading. Probably once or twice a month I try to get out to either Handloaders(indoor 100m), Deerstalkers (outdoor 200m) or the local NRA range(Christchurch Rifle Club - check FB) who shoot on Saturday afternoons anywhere from 300m to 1000m. All are worthwhile and I often seeing a few others who float between the clubs which all have something unique to offer and some good people too. I'm pretty keen to get into the hills some time too.
