Swaging bullets from one cal to another and making bullets from spent cases.

Due to the lack of bullets and the price difference between USA and NZ prices. The fact that international treaties and supply agreements. I'm going to look at the process and difficulty to swage 338 to 358 and making 358 bullets from 223 brass cases. Its been done before so if anyone has any experience or knows how its done with reloading dies and a press please share ? Heres a link to some information about it.
