Paul LevermanRe: Who manufactures the best roundYou will have to try a variety of ammunition in your rifle. The rifle decides what it likes. Your best bet is to start with the Long Range series of books from Nathan. There is a lot more to it than just putting the pointy part in first. The books and this website will broaden your knowledge spectrum so that you can accurately and confidently shoot long range. The patrons on this site are more than willing to help, but you have to do your part as well. It is a learning curve that is enjoyable and rewarding. |

Lane SalvatoRe: Who manufactures the best roundStephen, if you are willing to go through Nathan's book series, you'll find knowledge and information that will help you in every part of your shooting experience, from accurizing your rifle, to proper shooting technique. It can save you a lot of wasted time and dollars on equipment that you don't need.If you are looking for something to load for long range, try the Hornady 162 grain ELD-M. Just remember that your rifle has to like the projectile. |
