A mate of mine bought a tikka 270wsm that hand been converted to 7mmwsm with 26" shilens barrel, he played round with it for ages and couldn't get it to shoot better than 2moa. After reading Nathan's 3rd book and watching the bedding clips I told him to hand it over and I'll have a look.
The barrel was pinching all the way down the stock and the there was a heap or machining burrs on the throat. After beading, floating and lapping I got it to do this.
