Gidday
I'm looking at buying a spotting scope and found a sightron s2 20-60x85 for $2,199.00 does anybody use one of these?
I want good quality glass but don't really wanna pay 4grand plus for a nightforce or ziess etc. reason I'm looking at the sightron is there scopes are bloody brilliant so I'm hoping the spotter will be right up there as well.
I don't no a lot about spotting scopes so any info is appreciated.

Cheers

Re: Sightron Spotting scopes
Hi Sebastian, perhaps if you talk to an NZ retailer, you could purchase with the option of a refund. You could then take it to a park etc and test it without actually getting it into the field.

It can be a bit odd changing from binos to a minocular (regardless of lens quality or the fact that a scope is a minocular). Many people get stumped on this change so it would be nice if you could arrange an option / smooth transition.
