Paul LevermanRe-reading the section of "The Book" on scale maintenance, fired up a couple of working neurons, and reminded me to do something I've been meaning to do for a couple of years now.I found https://www.ebay.ca/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=scale+test+weights&_sacat=0&_sop=15 on eBay a while back. They take forever to get here but they are handy to have just to check your scales occasionally. |

Paul LevermanRe: Scale MaintenanceThat link is no good.Instead just use the eBay search field for scale test weights and use the "lowest price + shipping" option. Sorry for the bad link. |

Joshua MayfieldRe: Scale MaintenanceThat is timely and appreciated, Paul. The last batch of rounds I put together were loaded using the agonizingly slow but purportedly accurate Lee scale. My velocities were not as consistent as I had hoped. So a set of those is something I believe I need. |

Paul LevermanRe: Scale MaintenanceGlad I could help. It's nice to be able to check when there is any doubt about a load. It eliminates one more variable. |
