In this manner, David, Ann or staff members make sure that each order is correct. This has been a time consuming method for them but by having an open line of communication, it has ensured that customers get the tools they need with no mix ups. I do not know if it will possible to continue this level of service long term but they have given it their best over the many years that they have been in business.
