Warwick MarflittAfter you have cooked back steaks remove them from the pan. Pour some blue top or full cream milk into the hot pan. Stir to mix in the caramelized juices. Add a big lump of real butter and let it melt into the gravy stir Allowing to reduce. Now Taste it ! It will either taste awesome OR If you burnt the meat juices it will be horrible. Hence the fancy name. |
