Andrew MurrayI have, as of yesterday, submitted my final assignment for my Bachelor of Ministry. I am hoping to end up as a chaplain in the Australian Army. I will need to be fully ordained as a minister before I can however but completing this degree is also required for entry. Currently I am ordained on provisional level, kind of like training wheels if you will... it's a good feeling to have completed it.On a different note, if you haven't seen the tactical beard video yet check it out! https://youtu.be/NzsTgMCfdBk |

Joshua MayfieldRe: Celebrations!Congratulations! Chaplaincy is an underappreciated field by many, but uniquely rewarding for those who can adapt to it. I've been in the field for over seven years now and cannot imagine doing anything else. I'm in correctional chaplaincy, not military, but I work a lot with military chaps. I hope you find chaplaincy to be a place of blessing and fulfillment amid all the challenges that are guaranteed. If I can ever be a resource to you in any way it'd be an honor. |
