Paul LevermanHere are some pics of my latest find at an Antique Fair. Haven't shot it yet, but if it is anything like my other one, it will be fine. |

Paul LevermanRe: Latest Acquisition - revisitedI did get to test it, yesterday. I went outside to do something, not quite sure what, and saw a rabbit hop away. Back into the house, grab the .22 and a handful of rounds, and a-hunting we will go. One shot at a knot-hole in a board, the next one took out that rabbit. Not sure where that bunny came from, but I know where he is now, and I'm sure some little kid is missing his Easter present. We don't have rabbits here, we have hares, so as far as I was concerned, it was an introduced species to be dealt with. So, I did. The last thing we need is another invasive species running around. Anyway, it seems to be a keeper, but more range work is in order. Turns out it was made in the second month of the first year of production, hence the "RD" (Research Development). Looks brand new. |
