Thomas Kitchenthought it would be good to do a positive post on where you have had good customer service or where you have been overwhelmed with how good a product you have brought is.Nathan and Steph has to be top of the list for customer service wither its fast shipment of products, chasing up book orders or as martin says bouncing crazy ideas off someone. i try to recommend Nathans books to anyone that will listen as i think they are a must have for any rifle owner. i'm also a big fan of reloaders supplies here in auckland, its one of the few advantages of living in auckland at the moment. its one of those places if you ask a question you get a simple answer not a 5 minute rant about something that you didn't even ask about. |

Thomas KitchenRe: recommended products or great service?thats a plus 1 vote for me for workshop innovation they just need to work on the size of there jelly bean packets ha ha.i came across far south clothing (http://www.farsouth.co.nz/) at the fieldays when i was looking for woolen garments to keep warm. there fine knit are great as you can wear them hard against skin without the wool itch and they mid thigh length so they stay tucked in (plus nz made with nz wool) not only were they helpful at there store at field days but they gave me a voucher for 20% off til end of the month. being me i waited til last day to order and found i couldn't use voucher so i emailed them around 7am by 9.30 am they rung me saying there was issue on website but could do a phone order with 20% off. i was busy so rung them back at 3.30 done order by 5.30pm the next day the courier was at my door thats invercargill to auckland and was free delivery |

Joshua MayfieldRe: recommended products or great service?About Nathan and Steph's service: it's not just good, it's unique. In the U.S., I've had good service from both Graf's and MidwayUSA. I also have only good things to say about Hornady. I had an issue once that at the end of the day was not the fault of their ammo, but they went above and beyond in helping me determine what was the problem. A couple products I've been most impressed with are my Rivers West hunting jacket and the Drake fleece stocking cap I recently lost. But nothing compares to the Bavarian military surplus wool pants I found for $20 in Forks, WA about 8 years ago. Best $20 I have ever spent. |

Warwick MarflittRe: recommended products or great service? The NZ Government and Inland Revenue Department incredibly good service (Tax masters) They took my 71 year old mates $10,000 life insurance payout. He's just had heart bypass surgery claimed for it and because he went bankruptcy 6years ago they were legally aloud to take the money.?Our leaders are exceptionally good at shirking their responsibility for running the country subcontracting the jobs off to the lowest price bidder. Then they are laughing as they're going to get GST income and all the hidden taxes back that the contractors and their staff end up paying out to provide the services! They're a nasty cold hearted bunch of Despots? A wonderful clever bunch of schemers like the Pigs in the book "Animal Farm". 30% income tax +15% GST = 45% Tax rate add to that rates, levies, Licensing fees. Building permits and over half of your hard earned cash gets syphoned. Clipped and gouged out of your pockets! If it was a plate of food and they wanted to scrape 60% of it into a bucket leaving 40% for you to eat you wouldn't be too happy about it? |

Warwick MarflittRe: recommended products or great service? At least they have paid for the surgery with our taxes and Wasted 27 million dollars on a Flag redesign.I submitted a steaming donkey turd dripping off the Nazi flag. You Kiwis will get the joke? Hang on to your ponytails. ...? |

Send the trigger unit with what weight and creep you want and it's back in under a week. He worked my Rem700 trigger to a clean 1.5lb pull with zero creep - lovely. |
