Jonathan HudonHi guys, I just want to take the time for a quick post to share my experience with the service I got from Nathan since my first buy on this site. Two months ago, a guy named Cal (that I'm sure a lot of you guys already know) from Precisionrifleblog.com suggest me to check this website as another rich source of information since I was totally new to this sport. One day, I decided to order his Matchgrade Stabilizer product without the bedding kit as I have totally no skills in doing the Bedding by myself. A month passed and I was starting to worrie because nothing was in my mailbox yet. I'm telling to myself maybe it's gonna take a while since I live in Canada but I decided to write to Nathan just to be sure. Nathan answering super fast as always, wrote me that it shouldn't take that long and decided to send me another kit (the same day), no questions asked. Very pleased with the service, I'm then waiting patiently for my Stabilizer kit. Not even 2 weeks later, I go to the post office to finally get my parcel. Guess what? Parcel got damaged in the mail and the product had leaked all over the box!!! Of course Canadapost tell me that it wasn't their fault and that I needed to check with the shipper. So back to square one, I wrote to Nathan and include pictures showing him the problem. Again I was surprise how fast he handled the situation and I felt he was really concerned by my situation. He decided then to ship me not only another Stabilizer kit but with a Matchgrade Bedding kit as well!!!! No need to tell you guy that I was super happy!Oh and not to mention that I check my emails a couple of minutes later to notice a message from Nathan telling that he's gonna send me a copy of his book: Bolt action accuracy and maintenance!!! At no cost!!! That's what we call taking care of his customers!! WOW! So Nathan I want to thank you before everything else for this website which is a goldmine of informations for guys like us, who share the same passion as you and once again, thanks for your great customers service. Martin TaylorRe: One of the best customer service everYes thats great service alright Jonathan and they offer that same level of service to every customer!Nathan & Steph wear the cost of dodgy Postal Services on a weekly basis and just cannot afford to send parcels to some countries anymore. Continuing lost or damaged products can only be absorbed for so long. You have found just part of the reason why so many of us support & back them in the way we do. I purchased a couple of Stab kits off TBR only weeks ago and knowing that things are a little tight for me at the moment, Nathan put a Bedding kit in to help us out. I will donate (as Nathan calls it) when things pick up even though he has told me not to. Have fun with the bedding and as l always suggest, take your time, rechecking things as you go. It can be daunting at first but very a rewarding project. |

Steph enjoys reading all of the incoming mail and posts and while you may not seeing her replying to posts on line, she is up with the play. |
